With over 30 years of experience in furniture sales, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and professionalism to the Diamond Furniture showroom. Karolina is the driving force behind the systems that keep Diamond Furniture running smoothly. As Website & Inventory Control Manager, she oversees everything from stock accuracy to workflow efficiency — ensuring the right information is always in the right place at the right time. Karolina is also leading the development of our new B2B website, bringing her sharp eye for detail and strategic thinking to one of the most important areas of our growth. Quite simply, without her, nothing works — and everyone knows it.
Customer Service & Office Manager
Nichola Hartnett
Nichola is the engine behind our customer service department and the steady hand managing our logistics office. Tireless, efficient, and solutions-driven, she ensures that any issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly — keeping customers informed and everything running smoothly. Nichola also works closely with our suppliers to source parts and resolve queries, often with answers at her fingertips before the question is even asked. Her calm expertise and dedication make her an essential part of the Diamond Furniture team.

Karl Wade
Karl began his career at Diamond Furniture at just 16, starting out as a helper on the vans. Today, he leads our delivery teams and manages our fleet of trucks with the same dedication and attention to detail that earned him his start. Known for his white glove delivery approach — especially when fitting out showhouses — Karl is our most trusted delivery expert. His hands-on experience, professionalism, and care make him a key figure in bringing the Diamond Furniture experience right to the customer's door.
Warehouse & delivery team
Our warehouse and delivery team ensures every project runs smoothly from preparation through to installation. They manage storage, quality checks, and scheduling with precision and care, working closely with our design and project teams to coordinate reliable, efficient deliveries.
